Shipping + Returns

At Balboa Gold, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition. All original packaging, including certificates of authenticity and receipts, must be included.
3. Exclusions:
   • Custom orders, engraved pieces, and personalized jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
   • Permanent jewelry is final sale.
   • Earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene concerns.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• For items purchased with a gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit.
• Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within the 14-day window if the item meets the return conditions.
• If exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to original payment method.
• If exchanging for an item of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

After 14 Days

• Items may be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion, provided they meet the return conditions.

Process

• All returns or exchanges must be processed in-store or initiated by contacting info@balboagold.com.
• For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using insured shipping as Balboa Gold is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-designed jewelry
• Sale items or promotions
• Permanent  jewelry services
• Damaged items due to misuse or mishandling
