CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER - You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer covers shipping cost. Excluding international orders - these are final sale only.
Shipping
Orders generally will ship between 3-5 business days. You will receive an email in regards to your shipping number once your order has been processed. Certain items (which will be clearly indicated) may take between 3-5 business days due to being made to order. During promotional or holiday periods when order volume is elevated, processing times may be longer than expected.
Please note: The shipping method you select DOES NOT change the processing time.
Jewelry Care
We only work with sterling silver & gold filled metals. These metals are tarnish resistant and can last years & years if cared for properly. It is important to note that due to the nature of the jewelry, exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, lotion and other similar elements is not recommended and can change the appearance. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, the pool or to the gym.
Please note: The stones & pearls used in the jewelry will vary. No two pieces are the same!

WHERE CAN I GET BALBOA GOLD PERMANENT JEWLERY?
You can shop in person at our storefront during business hours or meet us out at a pop up!
WHAT EXACTLY IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?
Permanent jewelry is a fun new way to wear your jewelry! This is an exclusive, in-person service where a bracelet, necklace or anklet is welded on to you; eliminating the need for a clasp. Its a great way to celebrate a special moment & occasion in life!
HOW PERMANENT IS MY WELDED BRACELET/ANKLET?
The chains are designed to stay on with normal day to day life. Please keep in mind that these chains are dainty and a good snag can break the links. If a break occurs, you can bring back the chain at our next pop up and we will re-weld for a fee of $10.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT AFTER A FEW DAYS?
If you wish to remove your welded jewelry you can take a sharp pair of scissors and/or wire cutters and snip the small connector link. Please note that all sales are final as this is a custom item.
HOW LONG DOES THIS SERVICE TAKE?
These appointments are super quick + easy! It should be done within 5-10 minutes.
WILL THIS HURT?
Nope, you won't feel a single thing! Super quick + painless.
CAN I BOOK THIS SERVICE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS?

Nope! As of now, Balboa Gold is only accepting WALK-INS at pop up events.
