Yes! We use professional jewelry welding equipment. The process is painless and takes just a few seconds.

Can I shower, swim, and work out in it?

Absolutely. Both 14k gold fill and sterling silver are sweatproof and waterproof — built for everyday life.

What if I need to remove it?

Permanent jewelry can be snipped off easily if needed (for medical procedures, travel, etc.). We're happy to reweld it afterward.

I'm coming with a group — can we all book?

Yes! Book back-to-back slots so everyone gets their own time. For larger groups or events, email info@balboagold.com and we'll sort it out.

What's your late arrival policy?

We hold your spot for 5 minutes. If you're running behind, just give us a heads up!

Is the deposit refundable?

The $15 deposit is non-refundable but applies directly to your total at your appointment.
