All our charm jewelry features 18k gold-filled chains, while our charms are a thick gold plating or stainless steel.

Gold Fill is a high quality, affordable alternative to solid gold. Essentially, there is a thick layer of solid gold bonded to a base metal, usually brass. It is alot more durable and long lasting that gold plated.

Although our jewelry is crafted to be durable and long-lasting, we generally advise against showering with it. Extended exposure to water, soap, and other shower products can lead to discoloration, tarnishing, or wear over time. To maintain its beauty and longevity, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering. However, our permanent jewelry and any items labeled as 14k gold-filled are exceptions and can safely be worn in the shower.

You can send your charm jewelry back to us, and we’ll reattach the charm at no cost. Every piece undergoes strict quality checks to ensure charms are securely attached before leaving our hands, but accidental snags are occasionally part of life , and we’re happy to help!
