Due to the nature of jewelry products, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
5. Custom & Final Sale Items
All custom, personalized, and charm-based jewelry is made to order and is final sale. Permanent jewelry services are also final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items once completed.
6. Appointment Cancellation
Appointments for charm bar sessions and permanent jewelry are subject to our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Balboa Gold reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to photos, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Balboa Gold and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
